With Dell one of the best places to look for compatible WiFi cards is the "Network" driver page.

That can give you a general idea of what WiFi cards to use.

The Parts People only has a few at the moment.

Looking at the Dell service manual, the wi-fi card is replaceable, but only with another exact replacement. 

Try reseating the card (unplug and plug back in with the PC powered off) as a first suggestion.  Depending on what your problems are this may help.  You haven't stated what the problems are and it may not even be hardware problems.

Another option is use a USB connected wi-fi adapter.  That will tell you whether the internal wi-fi hardware is bad or some other problem.

A system with a Core 7th Gen CPU would use an M.2 slot for WiFi. I would recommend the Intel Wireless-AC 9260 in that case. The 9560 is essentially the same card except it requires the system to support CNVio, which is basically an architecture where the CPU has some of the WiFi components built in, and I believe that only started with Core 8th Gen. The 9260 does not require that. And then Intel just released the AX200, but I’m not sure whether that works without CNVio, but even if it would, unless you actually have and need 802.11ax, aka WiFi 6, it’s not a big deal to miss at this stage.

Hi, how about the AC 8265, would it be compatible with the Inspiron 5567 system?

Some people say that the intel Wireless-AC 9260 doesn't work with a Core 7th Gen CPU.
Is this information true?
