Hi i lost receiver so can I purchase combo again and the new usb would work for old keyboard same model???

Unlikely.  The receivers are a paired with the keyboard and mouse at the factory.  They; cannot be used with another keyboard/mouse.

I chatted with Dell's customer support line and they indeed do not have a compatible replacement.  They checked their universal receiver and the compatibility is not listed.  I was advised to find another retailer that may carry a compatible universal receiver while they try to find a solution. 

The mouse and keyboard are listed at 2.4 GHz (2405-2474 MHz), so a universal receiver at that RF should theoretically work.
