Hi,

The question is short, I wrote the same in Spanish below.

I have a Dell laptop, model Inspiron 13-7353 2 in 1.

• My volume buttons (not the keys, but the buttons at the right of my laptop, above the power button) work the other way around. That is, my volume up button decreases the volume, and my volume down button raises the volume. This changed suddenly a long time ago and it never went back to normal. Does anyone now how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

In Spanish/En español:

Hola,

Alguien sabe arreglarlo?

Gracias de antemano!
