Go to this link Upgrade to the New Windows 11 OS | Microsoft
Scroll down and find Check for compatibility and download the app.

Install the PC Health Check and inside click on Check Now button where it shows Introducing Windows 11.

If that popup shows,

Then you're system is Windows 11 compatible.

But in Dell computers tested for upgrade to Windows 11 | Dell India we can see that Dell is not testing Inspiron 3567 for Windows 11 upgrade, which means even though you get popup from PC Health Check app as your PC can run Windows 11, Dell won't be providing drivers or your laptop. So anyhow we can install Windows 11 but need to get latest drivers from directly (manually) from Intel/ AMD/ Nvidia. Which is not considered as a problem.

Even my laptop Dell Inspiron 15 3576 is not listed in the list provided by Dell but can run Windows 11 according to PC Health Check app. So I'll download Windows 11 after it releases publicly and will update drivers myself manually from Intel/ AMD/ Nividia.

Hey Bro. I'm also using DELL Inspiron 3567 laptop. I checked PC health Checkup app but it shows Windows 11 won't be available for your PC. 

Did you run that app ? Does your laptop shows Windows 11 will available to you ?

Yes I'm using Dell Inspiron 15 3576 laptop. My laptop specs: Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz RAM (Dual Channel), 480GB SATA 3 SSD 2.5" Form-factor, Has TPM 2.0, Has DirectX 12 and WDDM 2.7 driver, 8-bit color channel, 15.2" display at 1080p FHD 60Hz.

So these all specs met minimum requirements of Windows 11 and so that's the reason PC Health Check app showed that my laptop can upgrade to Windows 11.

Unfortunately Dell is not testing my laptop for Windows 11 upgrade for some reason. But this doesn't stop me to upgrade to Windows 11 when offered by Microsoft. We've to install the latest graphics drivers directly from Intel/ AMD as Dell is not going to provide I guess.

I've changed my HDD to SSD (which is the only hardware upgrade I've done)

Also it seems that PC Health Check shows if your PC can run Windows 11 if you're in latest version of Windows 10 which is Windows 10 21H1.

Check if you're on 21H1 and use PC health check.

You have installed /upgraded your device with additional hardware/software ?

Check wether you have secure boot enabled and you are using UEFI boot mode

I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 with the following configuration:

Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.00 GHz), 16GB DDR4, 2TB + 256GB SSD, Radeon 530 4GB

When checking if it's eligible for Windows 11, it says no, because of missing TPM

PTT is the only option available in Bios, and it is enabled. 

UEFI boot security is also enabled.

Anyone knows what am I missing? Why this 8th gen processor has no TPM? 

In bios update check if you fin 'Ptt security', if you find it that turn that on. And tpm 2.0 will be there and you'll be eligible for windows 11. Try it!!

I have not been able to find the TPM 2.0 for my 5570 either.

Did you have to change your secure boot from legacy to UEFI?  Any problem with that?

I checked it as you described. What am I looking for? Is it supposed to be enabled or disabled?
