Does Isilon support SMTPs?
Isilon can use STARTTLS for email security. Can we manage to use SMTPs (SMTP over SSL) as well?
A customer's environment only allows to use SMTP over SSL (port 465) for accessing to its email server. I appreciate if anybody knows how to use the SMTPs only allowed server for Isilon.

STARTTTLS is SMTP over SSL, specifically TLS.

And while yes the port defaults to 25, you can certainly change it.
SMTPs has been deprecated, so if your mail server only supports that, you should check into why.
