I have a new Isilon x200 with OneFs v8 cluster and due to a recent power outage problem, the whole 12 drives in one of the nodes is in the "SED_ERROR" state.
I have re-imaged the node severally, re-formatted the node and all the drives but have not been able to return the drives state to "Healthy".
Please any advice regarding this problem? Thank you.
I am going to say at this point a support case is needed to be opened to resolve your issue. There are steps that only support can do, & some commands that need to be run in order to resolve your issue.I understand that the system doesn’t have a support contract anymore, However this is not a issue that can be resolved without a support case.
That is the wrong syntax. As it should be /usr/bin/isi_hwtools/isi_sed drive < daX>.Also, you run that command after you have revert the drive. The command you are looking for is /usr/bin/isi_hwtools/isi_sed revert < daX>
Thank you for making out time to respond to my posts.
