Isilon Gen5 supports dispersed configuration in the same Cluster.

One can use different IB cables to connect a node to the switches, those cable can be find listed here:

Oddly it seems that with Gen6 the maximum lenght is 5M. Instead with Gen5 they can reach 100M with the optical ones.

Someone has evidence of dispersed configuration using cables longer than 5M?
