NFS Permissions and Isilon?
I'm currently working on trying to get NFS permissions working correctly on Isilon. I'm new to Isilon and I'm having difficulty getting the share to behave in the way I want.
I have some NFS shares set up in a lab environment on a test Isilon cluster, and I can mount the shares using the mount command in Windows after installing the NFS client. The issue I have, is that I can only seem to map it without a username or password. If I supply a username or password to the mount command, I get a "Incorrect username or password" error, no matter what account I use. I've tried all the test accounts I created in the security zone on Isilon, but it all returns the same error.
How can I get NFS mounts set up so that they cannot be mapped and accessed anonymously?
