1. In the Actions column for the event, select View.

The Events > View Event page appears.

2. In the Coalesced Events section, review the individual events related to this event.

3. If you cannot identify the problem, contact Isilon Technical Support.

Have you recently replaced a drive? I have seen this issue occur when the wrong drive is replaced. You can use the following command to find any drives that are not in a healthy status:"

#isi_for_array -s "isi devices | grep -v HEALTHY"

I would still recommend contacting Isilon Support whether this is the cause of the issue or not.
