M17X R4 graphics card replacement
Hi,
I have an M17X R4, and my graphics card (Nvidia geForce GTX 675M) is malfunctioning. I used the support assist and all tests for all components passed except the graphics card stress test. can i have a offer sent to me for a replacement? Ideally i am looking for the GTX 680M, but other compatible listed cards i will also consider. my warranty expired already, so i am looking to just order the card (ideally with cooling paste etc) to change myself.

Kurz:
-Graka fehlerhaft (durch DellSupportAssist erkannt)
- Sucher ersatz, z.b. GTX 675M oder GTX 680M

Die NVIDIA GTX 675M ist zur Zeit leider auch nicht auf Lager.
Ich bitte um dein Verständnis.

Die GTX 965M Grafikkarte wird seitens Dell nicht angeboten und auch offiziell nicht am System unterstützt.

Was gibt es denn bei euch an Grafikkarten für Notebooks derzeit?
das nix ausser der 6xx serie von geforce offiziell unterstützt wird ist mir klar, aber die könnt ihr ja nicht anbieten.
Habt ihr Geforce Grafikkarten aus der 7xx, 8xx, 9xx reihe auf lager? Was wären preise?Netzteil und kühlung haben bei mir die möglichkeit karten mit 100W bedarf zu bedienen.

Hallo,
es gibt so ziemlich alle High-End-Grafikkarten bei Dell, die es so für Notebooks im Handel gibt. Verkauft werden können nur die, welche sich in einer Mindestanzahl in unserem Lager befinden.
Das trifft derzeit auf die folgenden Grafikkarten zu:
- Nvidia Geforce GTX 880M - ca. 1000€ inkl. Versand und MwSt.
- Nvidia Geforce GTX 970M - ca. 670€ inkl. Versand und MwSt.
Diese Grafikkarten können wir, wie bereits erwähnen, nicht zum Verkauf für dein System anbieten.

Hello,
unfortunately the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 680M is currently out of stock and therefore cannot be purchased from Dell.
It is possible that parts out of stock are available again in 2 or 4 weeks. If you are unable to purchase the card elsewhere, you can ask for availability again in 2 weeks.
