I have been installing an upgrade to a program on several laptops at work and I have only run into issues with one, which was a 5470. There is something that as soon as I execute the update I receive a popup stating that windows has stopped the program. I click more and run anyway, but the program will not completely install. All of our laptops have been imaged the same way, however it is the only 5470 in the group to receive the update. Any thought or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
