Cpu+ battery
Hello everyone
i have latitude E7470, when im watching a video on YouTube while charging the laptop i will start hearing the fan and it suddenly truns off, i would remove it from charging sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t,
but now my battery even drains from 100% to 50% in like 5 minutes . then it shut down
so basically whenever the laptop kinda works a little bit hard i hear the fan and it immediately turns off..

If the laptop is not under warranty then do not worry about your Service Tag.
How does the system perform with the battery removed/disconnected???
