Dell latitude 5480 bluetooth disable
Hi! I have a dell latitude 5480 and it does not detect bluetooth in bios. As you can see in the image, bluetooth is deactivated and it is not possible to click it to activate it.
I tried replacing the wifi/bluetooth card but it still stays the same and won't activate.
I updated the bios to the latest version but it doesn't work.
Do you have any suggestions?

I have try it before, it doesn’t help me because Bluetooth option is disable

Any update my 5480 has the same problem the wifi works great but no bluetooth yet , i change the wifi card and nothing i saw my system configuration and said Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 82 65 Wi-Fi Wireless Card, No Bluetooth , i change the wifi with other model card and the same trouble no bt .

Same issue with my Precision 7520 although i updated lastest bios firmware 1.39.0
