Dell latitude E 6420 shutdown suddenly
My old dell latitude E6420 had a BIOS error which it couldn't load it was always stuck at the Initializing and establishing link page and a PC technician repaired it by flashing the BIOS chip using his own means but now when I try to install the Nvidia nvs 4200m which is my Graphics processor it just shuts down and when I try to power it on again the fan sounds to be running and then all the lights suddenly go off for sometime. Can you help me with this problem please?

Here is the Service Manual for the out of warranty 2011 Latitude E6420.
* Disconnect the AC adapter from the laptop
* Remove the battery, page 21
* Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
* Reconnect only the AC adapter to the laptop
* Press the power button. What happens? What are the LED codes?
