Dell Latitude E5430 services issues

Hello, I am using Dell Latitude E5430 which is currently running on Windows 7 Pro. The actual issue I am facing right now is that- After I boot in to my PC the services (like WIFI Driver, MS Security Essential etc.) are taking about 5 -10 mins to start and not starting immediately as it was starting before. So what might be the problem ? And provide me with any solutions.

    Hi Adi1210,

    You may want to check the services if they are not set to Delayed start. Normally the startup items start as soon as the system boots into Windows.

    To check the startup items you can follow the steps 

    1. Press Win-r. In the "Open:" field, type msconfig and press Enter.
    2. Click the Startup tab.
    3. Uncheck the items you do not want to launch on startup.
    4. Check if Wifi driver, Ms security Essential are part of the startup in msconfig.
