I have a Dell Latitude 5530 and having issue with a new docking station I bought (WD19), It worked fine the first two days and now when I plug the docking station into my laptop the LED cable just blinks. My computer does not recognize the docking station. 

I have tried the docking station with my Dell XPS 13 (from 2016) and an HP laptop. No issues, docking station works great.

I have used my Dell Latitude5530 with multiple WD19S docking stations at work and there is no issue. Also have used another dell docking station and there is no issue. 

I called Dell and they seemed to no idea what the solution is. Any ideas?
