My latitude e5290 doesn’t start. I’ve tried to push the power botton for 45 seconds, to push the power+volume up bottons and so on. With and without the power cable connected. I can’t remove the battery without opening the tablet, which I want to avoid.

when I connect the power cable, the power LED lights 2 secs and then lights off.

please help.
