Hi,

I've recently been upgraded from a Dell UD22 docking station to a WD22TB4. I have a Lattitude 7390.

I have a 1440p 170hz display and a 1080p 75hz display, connected via HDMI and Display port respectively. The laptop screen is also on at the same time.

Previously, both monitors worked at native resolution and up to 120hz I believe. Now, the 1440p display is limited to 1080p 60hz and no restrictions on the 1080p display. 

Is there a solution?

Note: my previous dock doesn't completely match up with the UD22 on this website, the power USB-c connector also had a USB-C to USB-A connected directly to it.
