I am having the same issue, I cant find what the device is, I think its a freefall sensor, but I will update if I find a answer.

Download this CAB-file

extract the CAB to a temp directory using 7Zip, WinZip...
Use Device Manager to upgrade the missing device driver and select "from this computer" and point to the temp dir with the extracted CAD.

Confirming that the CAB file from Peter's reply resolved that pesky yellow triangle from Device Manager.
After installing it successfully, the driver comes out as "Ethertronics Active Steering Driver". It felt shady downloading something directly linked like that (but since it was from dell.com, it was legit enough) -- so instead, get the latest driver the better way: go to the Dell Warranty site > enter in your Dell laptop's service tag > go to Drivers & Downloads and expand the list > look for the appropriate driver. I confirmed that this driver does show up in our laptop's list of driver downloads.
FYI, I had tried these below and of these below had worked:
- Downloading and running Dell Command Update
- Uninstalling that driver and rebooting
- Windows --> "find the best driver"
- Running Windows Update
Usually we also set up laptops manually from scratch as well, so not sure how we missed this driver.
