I have a major issue at hand that I need help solving. My dell says that I cannot log onto my computer bc I tried my pin too many times, the biggest issue is that this computer is a hand down from a family member who doesn’t know the password to their Microsoft/yahoo gmail.

what can I do? I have important work on there and it was just good 10 mins ago.
