Hello guys! Need some help, because I'm out of ideas.

We have in company multiple laptops Dell Latitude 5531 and face interesting problem. After 15-30 minutes in Zoom/Teams call audio system crushes and stops to respond.
From user site it seems like microphone stops to work, but when user tries to turn it on - Zoom/Teams crashes.

Problem appears when PC input and output are used during call (through Realtek driver)

We tried most solutions:

update all drivers using Windows Update and Dell Command Update
updated Windows to 11 latest build
deleted Realtek driver and updated it through automatic Windows update detection
disabled audio enhancements 
manually installed latest Realtek driver from Dell site

So far nothing helped. If some headset is used during call (AirPods for ex.) problem doesn't occur, so I suppose problem mostly in Realtek drivers.

If there's any advise or previously found solution, I would appreciate very much.
