Wifi issues latitude e5420

I looked everywhere but could not find the solution, my i3 inspiron brokedown so I got my hands on a latitude e5420, since it had a better cpu, and installed windows 8.1 on it. it suited my school needs and better performance on some of the cpu intensive games i play, the problem is the wifi, sometimes, "especially during games or an online test" the wifi would just stop working, even though it is still connected, so ill have to disconnect and then reconnect to the wifi, i changed the dns address, and now it is much less frequent but still to the point where it is frustrating. I already changed the router, the wifi card, updated the driver, and changed some settings is there anything else i can do to fix this issue? It has become especially annoying since this is the time of quarantine.

Bios a14(latest bios for this computer i can find)

dw 1501 wireless-n wlan half mini card(latest driver)

Did you install all of the Windows 8.1 drivers starting first with the chipset driver?

You may want to try installing the chipset driver.
