thanke You, i have removed serial and service tag. I hope dell support will contact me to solve my problem, i thuink laptop is new enough (1 year) to work with windows hello, it it quite good config - i5, 512 ssd, 16 gb ram, lte, gps, nfc ..... it should work. Microsoft support and community cannot solve the problem, Dell support (by the phone) says it should work, they say cammera is ok - Realtek IR camera ....
There may be hardware driver updates that are available or pending a restart. Updating your Surface might fix issues you're having with Windows Hello. To check for updates, select Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates. Install any updates that you need. After you've installed the necessary updates, select Start > Power > Restart (or Update and restart).
