I have a dell latitude 5175. And I have a problem on configuring WLAN card.

The card has two function; Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but only Bluetooth is recognized.

I tried reinstalling Windows and the problem was the same
I reinstalled the driver and the problem was the same

I changed the WLAN card, same problem.

I also confirmed that the both of them work on other PCs.

Support Assist program says no problem with PCI

 

Also, I think that if there is a problem with the PCI slot, the two cards will not fail with only one function equally.

 

 

I think the cause of this problem is in the BIOS update.
I think I've had some trouble updating the BIOS.
Because when I tried to downgrade the BIOS, some of the item shows failed to update it

I already tried BIOS recovery, but to no avail. And the downgrade was not also complete.
So I want a way to remove the BIOS and install a new one.

However, Dell Korea has already confirmed the problem as a board malfunction, and said there is no way to help except for a replacement.
