Smart Card Reader on Precision 7510
First, thanks to the Sputnik team for all the hard work, can't say how happy I am to have Linux on my Dell.
I've run into one snag...the BCM5880 Smart Card reader
It works fine on my Dell Latitude 6430 (14.04 LTS, kernel 3.13)
Precision 7510, I've tried 14.04 (v4.2), 16.04 (v4.2) and 16.04(v4.6), and I always get the same fail:
xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: WARN Event TRB for slot 1 ep 4 with no TDs queued?
How I get there:
Fresh install, install pcscd and pcsc-tools (works fine at this point, pcsc_scan loads the card perfectly).
Install SafeNet middleware so I can actually load the certs into Firefox and Thunderbird, insert card..errors.
Error cycles on and off, watching in pcsc_scan, the card is recognized, then shows unavailable (repeats on roughly 5 second interval). Shows same on SafeNet software (BCM5880 shows ready, then errors, same cycle)
Really weird part, plug in an external card reader and the card reads fine, loads fine, certs work, no issue.
I've updated the BIOS as of 13 May.
Thanks for any help
