Alienware x51 auto shutdown

HI,

I just got my alienware x51 few days ago and when i open it in a few minutes ( maybe 30 minutes) it shut down automatically and monitor says no signal. I have to pull out the plug to off it. Then when i put on again alienware doesnt reboot anymore but the lights is on and i can hear the fan. so i have to pull out the plug again. Then when i put on again the windows says windows have recovered from unexpected shutdown and blue screen.

This already happens 4 times.

I Live here in philippines.

Please help me i want to play already with my alienware x51.

I would recommend contacting support.  Could be a power supply issue and they could help you with that or with other troubleshooting steps/ideas.

You can also try these steps. Have you tried changing the power options on the control panel to high performance?

Hi looks like the unit more getting worst. I talk to dell chris and he said i can change it to a08 bios version to solve this alienwarex51 gtx660 a06 301.42 crashed issue but now my unit just completely black screen.

When i turn on the unit it just go black screen but i can hear the fan , and keyboard is working buy checking the numlock light if it is blinking when pressing the key. It just go black screen all the way. I waited for almost 1 hour but it is still black screen.

What i will do now? I just want a plug and play unit but this unit has problems when turning on in the very first time.
