I just got this PC last night, I was attempting to install Sims on it and the CD keeps ejecting half way through the installation. Not sure why? Anyone know why this could be happening? I previously owned a Dell PC as well, not Alienware but it was a very well built PC which I had owned for at least 7 years and this PC did not eject the CD half way through installation like this brand new one does. Anyone, please help? It's frustrating ;/
