Hello. I'm posting about an issue that is very common on my -new- computer. It will randomly freeze up completely, and will only shut down if holding the power button. I had contacted tech support, but they had only wanted to blame the issue on damage, despite the computer being new. I have had it for three days, and this issue is becoming more and more common each day. It froze randomly on YouTube. It will freeze every time I boot up skype, and it will freeze randomly on the Internet. I have researched this issue and found no means of fixing it, so I decided to make a post. I already waited a good deal of time to receive the computer, and I do not want to deal with returning it and waiting even longer. I am just looking for a method to fix this freezing issue, and tech support did not provide it.
