Aurora ALX

Ok some help please. I can't seem to figure out how to add two hard drives. I have WD Velociraptor 300 rpm. My system came with 2 WD 500gb raid 0. Now i open my pc and i can't push down hard enough for my raptors to click in. What am i doing wrong. Thanks

    Wow after calling Dell they can't help me. They say I need to buy their part. It's a regular sata HD WD Velociraptor. I can't believe i can't install this simple HD. Anyone can please help before I return the system. Thanks

    Did you follow the instructions in the manual?

    Yes I did, i tried pushing down hard, but it doesn't click and installs onto the sata port.

    there are 2 pins on each side of the where the hdd goes"hdd slot", when you push your hdd in the those pins have to line up to the side of the hdd for it to click.

    simple but not, mine don't line up. I read in another thread the WD velociraptor updated their HD and the new ones line up to snap on cases. I'm trying to find the sata to sata cables to use instead. can't find them so far.
