Aurora R4 memory upgrade

I used crucial's web site to order a 32GB RAM upgrade and was provided this product:

CT5571896 BLE4K8G3D21BCE1.000 32GB UPGRADE FOR A ALIENWARE AURORA-R4 SYSTEM

The computer doesn't post with this RAM installed.  I tried using a random 2 on one side and it still didn't boot.

I have reported the issue to Crucial, I am not sure if there is anything else I can do.    Shouldn't Crucial know what RAM my computer needs?

We cannot speak to what Crucial should or should not know.

    We never validated a 32GB 2133MHz PC3-17000 XMP configuration.

    Maximum 32GB = 1600MHz, PC3-12800, Non-ECC, DDR3 (Four of Dell part number 66GKY)
    66GKY 8GB, Nanya, 1600MHz, PC3-12800, 512X64, 2RX8

    Maximum 8GB = 2133MHz, PC3-17000, XMP, Non-ECC, DDR3 (Four of Dell part number 6CY34 or 9W02G)
    6CY34 2GB, Kingston, 2133MHz, PC3-17000, 256x64, XMP
    9W02G 2GB, Patriot, 2133MHz, PC3-17000, 256X64, XMP
