M17x AlienFX not working and Blue Screen.

Hello, so I got my Alienware M17x a little more than a year ago. There are a lot of problems with it and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. My AlienFX usually works but I can't change the colors in the command center. I occasionally get blue screens and then my computer shuts off. This is the error report I got from AlienFX:

System.OutOfMemoryException: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.

Please help me, I spent close to $3,000 on this computer and I am really unhappy with it and all its problems.
Thank you.

    Mickael T.,

How long did you have the system before software issues arose? How much software have you added to our operating system? Did you remove Microsoft dotnet 4 and Command Center, then reinstall them both from the file library and Microsoft?

In addition to what Chris suggests you can try doing this <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed / replaced from this post by Dell> to fix that.
