I suggest you to re-install the Alien Command Center software as this may copy and re-register the missing .dll files. This application is included in the Resource DVD.

Please let me know about the status.

You have been very helpful and thanks for that, I try to download but the page tells me that it is the wrong service tag format, strangely the service tag was determined by the web page (I selected the circle which determines it for me).
