Realtek Onboard Audio Issues
Ok so I have a new problem. Every week it's something new with this computer.
My back headphone jack is screwed up. The volume when plugged into there is about 50% less than when plugged into the front jack. However the front jacks have static interference.
Back Audio Jack: Low Sound / Failing Jack
Front Audio Jack: Normal Sound, Static Interference
What am I supposed to do here? It's impossible to play games like Counter-Strike or MW2 using the back audio jack because I can't hear anything, and it's extremely annoying to use the front jack because of the static noises. I've never had so many issues with a computer before in my life :(
Device Manager / Sound / Speakers / Properties / Levels
... Check your levels (in relation to each other).
Then, be sure to try it with a good/different pair of headphones.

But getting a new front audio board will not fix it if it was really one of the more common problems.

The balancing of the output levels almost has to be where I said in the Control Panel. That issue is likely not a problem ... just a setting. Not sure why you expect them to be at the same level. The output from the back usually goes to powered speakers (gets amplified) while the front jack goes directly to unamplified headset.

Had the same problem the other day. I fixed it by uninstalling the realtek (use the device manager). Then I reinstalled using the latest version from the Dell Downloads page. Been fine since.

Already did, everything is good. Something is wrong on the hardware level.
