Ok, I don't do any HUGE gaming...I play Americas Army and Guildwars...both at max settings but the best I can get is 60fps and it doesn't fluctuate.  Now,  I thought I would do a bit better because of my new system...is there something that I am missing or a tuning mishap?  Please help.
