- I've been having the same problem and tried the msconfig procedure - but windows prompted me after reboot to reset mdconfig to "normal" mode, thereby forcing all the stuff I turned off, back on. Any suggestions?
P.S. This also seemed to start happening after maximizing RAM to 1 GB...
