My Dell xps locks up after boot. I get error msg vmm (12) + 00004c3c error: oe : 0028 : c022ff24 press enter to return to windows. when I press enter I get another error stating " Windows encountered an error accessing the registry. Windows will repair the registry for you and restart the computer. When I click ok nothing happens. it locks up.
