Dell Inspiron 620s processor
My PC Dell Inspiron 620s is not displaying anything on the monitor. The cause I think would be the failure of Intel Core i3 2120 clocked at 3.30 GHz. i am attaching 2 pictures regarding this. please help with me. whether I should replace the motherboard and the processor as well. please go to this link to check out the pictures:

I would have to change the whole CPU configuration. So the best option would be to get the latest hardware and assemble them in a new cabinet. What do you think?
You've already asked that in your other threads of questions. You need to figure out your expectations and budget - if it's gaming, the 620s will never serve, so yes- have a new system built or build one. Just don't buy at the 620s level. Even a mid-range gaming desktop (pre-built or build yourself will run in the $600-700 - AMD, or $750-900 (Intel) range. If you're looking for "latest hardware" including a Ryzen 7 or i7 CPU, NVMe drive, etc., budget in the $1100-1300 range (without monitor/Keyboard/mouse).

My budget is 500$ can you suggest me a good gaming pc build at this price?

Wait a couple of weeks - on April 11, AMD releases the Ryzen 5 CPUs. If you don't go overboard with features, you can build a decent gaming system with a few compromises for that price range.
You won't get state of the art (a powerful video card for top level gaming will run you that $500 over and above the cost of the system) but you should be able to put together a decent mid-level system for $500 or so - CPU, $175, case and power supply $100-120, mainboard $100 or so, 256 G SSD (not NVME) about $100-120, 8G RAM at $60 or so,
