After my machine is off for a short time or times out and monitor is in standby mode it will not come back on with movement of the mouse. This is even worse if machine is off over night. All tests pass. When first startup, monitor will flash back ground picture sometimes. I have to cut off monitor with button on monitor then back on, each time I can get it to stay on longer. Done test from front panel, the digital did the same. Thanks to all who help. Will also try another monitor.
