Welcome to the Dell Community Forum (DCF).
The "Primary Video Controller" in the bios should be set to Auto. Then, boot into safemode and disable the Intel video in the device manager.

* Go here
* Go to #5
* Scroll down to 4500S

Dear Chris thanks for the reply but I have already done this when I installed the 9100,but I guess I'll have to back in Bios and see if I need to do this again.

Chris I went back into bios to see if it was still set to auto and it is and di abled and when I rebooted the new device install manager pop up again wanting to re-install the on board video do you have any other ideas shuold I just leave it installed and just disabled?

Not a problem.  Let us know if you have any more difficulties with the 9100.

Btw, did you leave one PCI slot open in the riser cage so that the 9100 has a little "room to breathe?"

Hi Mloot, yes the cards been in for a while drivers too the problem started when I noticed these lines in a game I got for my birthday so I contacted the makers website and they told me to see if the game was on auto in bios and to uninstall it well I did this and after rebooting  is when the new divce manager started poping up.so I just decided after my last post to just disable it and that was a couple of hours ago and the message has not poped up again.as for the lines I mention I beleive they came from a scracth caused when I unfortunitly dropped one of the disks during installtion of the game they only appear in the tutorail part of the game not the actual game itself. ps thanks for your help with the install of this card it works better than the Radeon 9000 I used to have.

Yes I did leave one slot open,thanks to tell the truth the 9100 has not given me any problems I do beleive the lines I was refurring to came from a small scracth not the 9100 or the onbroad video.the games a multi-player which I cant play anyway cause of dail-up.
