My dell 4700 was working fine couple days ago. Turn it on today and it gets hung up on start up. My kids play on this machine so don't know what may of happened. Receive error message "Diskette drive 0 seek failure." Gives me 2 options: strike the F1 key to continue , F2 to run the setup utility. When I hit the F1 key, I receive a windows did not start successfully screen and computer locks up. When I try the F2 key, takes me to a system set up screen. I've tried playing around with different settings under drivers but no luck. Any help would be appreciated. On hold with Dell for over 90 minutes.
