I would add more system details, dxdiag or something, but i can't see anything on my computer to get the details.

Like Dale said, make sure you use the supplied 4-pin molex connector and plug it into a spare molex connector running off your PSU. These inserts are usually denominated in black or blue plastic caps that are covering the spare  molex connectors  running from the PSU.
