Error--Please Help? / Confused

Okay I got this error message when I started to dial up to the Internet today. It said on a blue screen:
___________________________________________________________________
Windows
An error has occured. To contie Press Enter to return to Windows, or Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer. If you do this you will loose any unsaved information in all open applications.

File Name: VCOM (05) + 0000053A Error: OE : 0028: C0ZA903A

Press any key to continue..
__________________________________________________________________

Can anyone tell me what this error is? I restarted and it never came back, but is there a website from Dell, Microsoft, etc..explaining specific errors?
Thanks!

Greg, Hopefully this will help.Microsoft has an error message resource center.I don't remember the exact page address but go to support.microsoft.com.There should be an option for the error message resource center.Select it and then if the exact one you got isn't listed you can put in yours and see what they've got on it.Good luck.
