Help Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My machine has totaly died. Was playing a game and it froze, had to reset the machine to do anything but on re entering the machine the power light is not orange instead of green and there is nothing on the screen. Like the machine is in power save mode all the time. But basicly its dead. Any ideas?

Switch it off, remove mains plug from socket so machine is totally off power, then switch back on and reboot.
If this doesnt work try rebooting with startup disc in A drive.

Get on the phone to the Dell Support 800#. You have paid for that service, and they will be able to troubleshoot and talk you through a solution over the phone better than we can in this format.

Get on the phone to Dell
It may be a loose cable inside it has happened before. You can look in and ensure IDE cables are firm etc. But if in doubt phone DELL
