Keyboard software
I just got my keyboard replaced and it works fine. I am having trouble though with installing the software. There is an error message that appears when I try.

My keyboard was replaced and the software I used was for Dell-Enhanced Multimedia Keyboard Software. Every time I try to install, the error message looks like this:
1008: FileCopy: Failed
FileCopy- I just got a new keyboard and have the same error message. Have you had any success with your problem, If so please let me hear from you. leonardsimpson18@msn.com
