I have a Dell Inspiron 580. When I attempt to view a video, the computer locks up and I need to reboot it. Any suggestions?

Hi Philken,
Does this happen only for online videos or does it lock up when viewing DVDs or videos on your hard drive as well?

I have only noticed it when viewing online video. We installed a new video driver today. So far, so good. Thanks.
