Monitor problems
A while ago the monitor started playing up with the dell logo coming up every few minutes or so. Thought I had the problem sorted by unplugging the monitor but then today it just keeps coming back and done the same like the last time but this time it won't just go. Like the logo comes up and then goes back to where I was again. This is getting really annoying is it the monitor or something worse? Please help.

Welcome to Dell community.
In response to your post with regards to the Dell logo coming up on your screen,we would need to check the power cable that is connected to the monitor as it could be that the power cable is not properly plugged into the back of the monitor,if that does not work then please try using another power cable.

What I am talking about here is the Dell genesis display perfection logo keeps coming up every 5 minutes almost and then it goes back to where I was before.
