I installed a Sapphire 6450 in my GX620 SFF, but the GT 210 should work as well.

GT210 uses too much power wont work. He has Pentium D which is a 95W CPU.

31 watts should be within the capability of the 275-watt? power supply, even with a 95-watt CPU.

Dell has for years cranked down the power for energy star.

What part number is on the power supply.? If you have 275w power supply perhaps you have DESKTOP model and not SFF.  The slot will still have the 25w limit shown.  I would not use a geforce based card.  AN Asus SILENT EAH 6450 does fit and works.

EDIT: Asus Radeon HD5450 Require More Than A 275W PSU. Thus, Asus Should Not Be Considered.
Found an MSI Radeon HD5450 low  profile, But I Was Unable To Find How Much Power It Requires.

P.S. I Need A Graphics Card With At Least 512MB Capacity, Therefore, The HD2400 Series Is Useless To Me.

The PSU Is 275W. And I'm Using The SFF (Otherwise I Wouldn't Look For LP Cards.) It Is A Refurbished GX620, So I Guess,They Changed The PSU.
(They Informed Me That They Had Added Another HDD (Kingston 7200RPM) and Changed The RAM Sticks, But The Did Not Informed Me About A PSU Replacement, I Guess They Forgot To Mention It)

The heatsink on the MSI looks TOO WIDE.  Thats why the ASUS EAH Silent series is recommended.

If the heatsink is too large it wont fit in the case. The Dell X399D looks like this.

It should be noted that we are talking about SFF

Rather than Google I opened up my GX620SFF and took a look at the Actual Power Supply which is 220W. Note the MAX Output power 220W part number YD358.  The max TDP for a 6450 is 27W and the Max TDP for the Geforce 210 is 31W.

N8373 also has 4 pin molex for the floppy drive whereas the others do not.

The USFF is a non starter because their power supply is 150W and it has no slots.

I looked up GX520 and GX620 SFF power supplies on eBay, and they are 275 watts.

I have a Sapphire 6450 installed in my SFF (Windows 8 x64) and it functions very well. For what it's worth, the main point of my buying the old machine was to determine what worked and what didn't.
