Precision 360 Audio Error

I keep getting the same error every time I load the R56339 audio driver on my windows XP desktop.

Below is a screen capture of the message I keep getting over and over. Any Help will be high appreciated.

    RojasNJ,

Reinstall the Chipset driver. Reboot the system when done. Then try to reinstall the audio driver.

    Thanks for the reply.

I tried to reinstall the chipset and the audio driver as you suggested and it still failed.
