Random Date Change Problem - Possible Fix
I had my second Random Date Change, since my Bios update, tonight. I clicked on the Date/Time on my task bar as usual, to correct the date. I then clicked "Change Date and Time Settings", and then clicked on "Internet Time". I unchecked the "Synchronize with an Internet Server". I am hoping this will correct the random date change problem. It may be awhile before I know if this change has fixed the problem.

Daylight Savings Time has changed several times.
You must also have the correct time zone.
Challenges introduced by changes to DST: Unless certain updates are applied to your computer, the time zone settings for your computer's system clock may be incorrect during this four-week period. In particular, you must make sure that both your Windows operating system and your calendar programs are updated.
Observance in Canada and the United States: In the United States, the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) of 2005 introduced changes to the start and end dates of DST, which began in 2007. Now, DST in North America is observed across most of the United States as well as Canada from the second Sunday in March through to the first Sunday in November. You are looking at two different things. The time in the BIOS and the Windows time.
Which is changing?
