Regarding the question you asked--if you still need the assistance--the Start button is on the lower left hand corner of the Window. If you click this, there will be several options shown including Settings. Click Settings and then click Control Panel. You might want to take the tutoral provided with each Dell system. It's called "i-learn my Dell PC". There are also many books available that will help. One that comes to mind, no offense, is "Windows for Dummies" HTH
